Pardot Lightning App

We would love to interrupt your new year with some much needed good news:

Among the many exciting things happening in the Salesforce and Pardot world, two are becoming one!

The Pardot Lightning app is now built in to the Salesforce platform, putting all of its marketing features into the Salesforce UI.

Sales and marketing are in one space now, which means users no longer have to switch and forth between tabs or windows. Screen space is a premium these days.

The Pardot Lightning app will need some configuring to best suit your business needs. Hipten is happy to add to this exciting integration by evaluating your current uses for Pardot and customizing your app for a seamless connection between Salesforce and Pardot.

Benefits to your business and users:

The Pardot app has all new navigation and layout familiarly tailored for Lightning Experience users.

Where there are Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Report tabs in Sales Cloud, there are Pardot-tailored tabs in the new app.

Think: Pardot Dashboard, Prospects, Campaigns, and Automations, with the option to customize further and add common Sales Clouds tabs like the ones mentioned above.

The Pardot/Salesforce integration comes with some handy new upgrades as well:

  • Campaign members added to either Salesforce or Pardot campaigns are synced across both systems - no more manually adding members to the other platform’s campaign, as data is synced when added.

  • Users have visibility into all people records between both Salesforce and Pardot at the same time.

  • The Pardot app includes chatter, allowing users to collaborate on campaigns without starting novel-length email chains!

Let us know what your thoughts and timeline are for your integration, and we can evaluate from there!
